Ingredients:

3 cups of mashed avocado, ½ cup cacao powder, ¼ cup agave nectar, cinnamon, nutmeg, 3 cups of dates, pitted and soaked Vanilla bean for flavoring.

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix using high speed to a perfectly soft consistency.  You may have to add water to make it creamier.  Chill before serving.

Simple and Easy Vegetable and Fruit Grilling Recipes

Everyone also loves grilling!  Here are some vegetable and fruit recipes that are perfect for outdoor cooking!

Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients: ½ pound Asparagus, 1 tablespoon olive oil, Salt, Black Pepper.

Preparation:

Preheat the grill.  If you will use an outdoor grill, you should set it at a medium heat.  Before grilling, you should lightly oil the grate.  If it has a lid, preheat the grill for around 5 minutes with the lid closed.  Before putting in the asparagus, use a non stick cooking spray.  Be sure to trim the bottoms of the vegetable.  Coat it with some olive oil and lace it on the grill and cook for a few minutes until you get the right tenderness.  For the final flavoring, add salt and pepper.

Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients: 1 fresh zucchini, diced garlic, 1 tablespoon butter, Diced parsley, Salt, Black pepper.

Preparation:

Preheat the grill.  If you will be using an outdoor grill, be sure to get a medium heat.  Prior to grilling the zucchini, oil the grate.  If you are using a griller with lid, preheat for around 5 minutes then use a non stick spray before cooking.  Cut the zucchini into small slices.  On a separate bowl, mix garlic, melted butter, and diced parsley.  Add the main ingredient zucchini and mix well.  Place the zucchini on the grill and cook for around 7 minutes or until you get the right tenderness.  Drizzle with salt and pepper.  You may use chedar or parmesan on top for less than a minute before removing zucchini.
