I used to hate working out my legs until I realized the extreme muscle building benefits of leg exercise. If you really want to build muscle fast you need to work out your legs because the largest muscles in the human body are located there. Working out your legs will have a spill over effect which will result in more muscle growth over your entire body. Below I have created a great leg workout aimed at tearing up your legs.
IMPORTANT: Warm Up, 5 – 10 minutes of skipping, walking or jogging.

|Leg Extensions||3||10 – 15||quads|
|Leg Curls||3||10 – 15||hamstrings|
|Standing Calf Raise||3||10 – 15||calf muscles|
IMPORTANT: Cool down, 5 – 10 minutes static stretching of your leg muscles while focussing on your breathing.
