5 Most Common Mistakes Ectomorphs make in Attempting to Gain Weight!

I have compiled a list of the Five (5) Most Common Mistakes Ectomorphs make when attempting to gain weight.

  1. Not Eating Enough: Might seem like common sense but many of us forget this simple aspect.  You need to calculate how many calories you consume on a daily basis and how much more you need to consume to gain the desired amount of weight each week.
  2. Unrealistic Expectations: Gaining weight is not easy. You won’t gain 30 pounds of lean muscle in a month. Many of us become dissillusioned with the slow progress becoming impatient, pessimistic and so give up.
  3. Working out too much: A bad habit that many of us needing to gain weight have. Too much exercise and weightlifting is counterproductive. Remember you have a very fast metabolism. So Chill!
  4. Taking Weight Gain Supplements: Supplements can be expensive and might not work for everyone.  Drink Protein Shakes instead. Ensure Drink is an excellent weigt gain shake.
  5. Eating Unhealthily: This will only put on fat and not lean muscle. You can irreparably damage your health and end up with a body much worse and very ill proportioned.
